Working With Us

It's easy to work with Renaissance Rock through your PPAC distributor:

Contact your local distributor and indicate which product you are interested in and the quantity.
Provide the artwork/design for sandcarving into the products or request that we design something for you.
Approve or provide comment on artwork proofs promptly.
Review, sign and return the Acknowledgement promptly (in some cases a deposit will be required prior to the initiation of work.

Please provide the following information to your distributor when ordering or inquiring about Renaissance Rock products:

Please indicate the specific style number (e.g., P-101).
Please indicate the quantities of each style required.
When ordering please include a Purchase Order or P.O. Number.
Please specify your preferred sandcarving colours (Note: we can not match colours exactly).
Please remember that our typical turn-around time is 15 working days after receipt of the signed acknowledgement.

Artwork, Logos and Fonts used for decoration (Sandcarving):

Clean black and white camera-ready artwork or electronic files per the requirements below.
Conceptual sketches/artwork are also available, a layout will be provided via fax, if required.
Due to the complexity of some corporate logos, artwork charges may apply.
Studio/Artwork charges are $65.00 CDN per hour.
Artwork must be PC-based. MAC files will not be accepted.
File format must be EPS, AI or Corel Draw 12 (or below).
It is not necessary to send text electronically, it can be typeset by Renaissance Rock.
Please note if a specific font is required, we will do our best to match it or will request that the font be provided to us in a PC format.
*Note: Not all fonts are suitable for sandcarving, we will make recommendations as required.
Text must be a minimum of 12 point size.
Logos including text must be sized, or the text within the logo adjusted so that it is also a minimum 12 point size.
Fonts must be approved by Renaissance Rock prior to the initiation of work.
Thicker fonts provide better decoration and legibility. Serifs and thinner fonts may not sandcarve accurately when in a small point size.
